“An expert is a person who has made all the mistakes that can be made in a very narrow field” - Neils Bohr
THE FOUR CORNERS
Failure is inevitable. Being open to making mistakes is essential to success both on and off the lacrosse field.
Our “Four-Corners” approach capitalizes on mistakes made throughout each “corner”, and creates opportunities for growth:
Preparedness: We show up prepared and set ourselves up for success! Study the game, do the right drills, workout correctly, make high-level play second nature
Education: We target player-specific strengths and weaknesses through periodic coach-directed feedback. We study the game through videos and film, and run individual and team analyses to best develop our “Lacrosse IQ”
Access: (to high-level play and college recruiters) We travel to play top-tier programs and at top-tier tournaments across the country. Some of these events will showcase our talent to college recruiters
Perserverance: We learn mental strategies to cope with failure on and off the field. We employ time management strategies to structure drill/workout/personal time appropriately and prepare for life in college
